If you decide to bring extra guest with you they will have to wait outside in the lobby. -You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes have passed you will be charged a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes have passed your appointment will be cancelled and you would need to rebook and pay a new deposit. - Ages 10 and older ONLY!!! - If you no call no show you will be charged 30% of your appointment total. - You are allowed to reschedule one time! If you need to reschedule again after that, you will charged for a rebooking fee. - Last minute cancellations will be charged 30% of your appointment total. - Hair is NOT included in services. You have the option to cancel your appointment if needed. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of the booked appointment time you will be charged 30% of your total.
